Jacket Operation Design for Dongfang 1-1 II Phase WHPA/B platform

As required by COOEC Installation Company in Dec. 2004, NOED is carrying out the analysis of jacket installation for Dongfang II phase WHPA/WHPB, analysis content consists of barge stability analysis, response analysis of barge transportation, jacket lift analysis, transportation strength analysis of jacket, load out analysis of jacket, pile free stand analysis. During the detailed design of Dongfang II phase, NOED did the majority of analysis content except for load out analysis. For this time, finishing total analysis content enhanced the whole NOED’s whole strength. It is the first time to cooperate with CNOOC, Installation Company. Since the load out date is approaching, the work period is very short, and workload is rather heavy.
